As of July 1, Sreejith NN joined Women on Wings as the fourth consultant in India. Sreejith is Co-Founder and Managing Director of ROPE International. His experience in consulting and entrepreneurship will be of added value for the growth of Women on Wings, both in the advisory capacity with our Indian customers as well as in the development of new customers.

I consider my involvement with Women on Wings as an extension of the passion for creating rural jobs in a sustainable and commercially viable manner with which I took part in the promotion of ROPE.”
ROPE International, based in Chennai, established a brand of home décor and lifestyle products, handmade from natural materials, and manages a network distributing rural production clusters that employs local people; women in particular. Since 2008, ROPE has grown to become a company employing close to 1000 skilled and semi-skilled rural workers.
In 2009, Sreejith was selected as India’s second most promising entrepreneur by Business World Weekly and as one of the top 25 social entrepreneurs in the country by Outlook Business in 2011. He was also awarded the title of best young entrepreneur with an ICT based model by YES, India. Sreejith has also been a consultant with companies that include The Sir Ratan Tata Trust, BFC Zurich and Simpa Networks.
