How do you keep all stakeholders connected and loyal to your organization? On May 14 and 15, Women on Wings business partners looked for the answers in a two day Communication Summit in New Delhi under the guidance of moderator Nicolette Biessels.
Keys for success
Keeping all stakeholders connected is most important to make and keep any organization or business successful. Communication is the key to make all stakeholders partners in the companies’ efforts. The importance of this may not always be estimated on its value. Therefore Women on Wings organized a two day workshop for its business partners on the importance of sharing cultural values of an organization with its stakeholders and how to keep them connected, committed and loyal.
Understanding the importance of communication
Nicolette Biessels shared a lot of insights with the participants who actively joined in the workshop. Nicolette: “I really enjoyed the sharing and good discussions following each practical assignment. The participants were very open and eager to learn. Looking at the level of the assignments, they really gained a lot of understanding about the importance of good communication and I hope they will now embed the learnings and tools into their respective organizations.”

The participants came from five of Women on Wings’ business partners with whom we also work in one to one workshops. Twice a year Women on Wings organizes Summits on topics that could be of interest for more business partners at the same time. This Communication Summit was the result from feedback in a previous Summit.
The communication expert
Since April 2010, Nicolette Biessels has been sharing her time, skills and knowledge on many occasions with Women on Wings’ business partners, like Jaipur Rugs, Ode to Earth and Swornajyoti. Nicolette is co-founder and director at 2 in beweging (Dutch for ‘2 in movement’), a Dutch company specialized in PR and (internal) communication campaigns. Last year, 2 in beweging won the Dutch PR Award for one of its campaigns.
