Per 1st of February, Ms. Puja Chandra joined the Women on Wings team in India. Puja will perform desk research on screening and selecting new prospects in India with whom Women on Wings could collaborate.
Puja: “I strongly believe in the power of women and that they can break the vicious circle of poverty. Working for Women on Wings is important and valuable for me and also important to society. I lived in the Netherlands for three years, so it’s a real pleasure to be able to connect both cultures in my work for Women on Wings.” Puja has gained professional experience in education and communication. Being a teacher for over 9 years, she also performed a lot of desk research.
Ronald van het Hof, MD Women on Wings India: “Puja is taking over the work of Parul Sharma who worked as Research consultant till January 2015. Parul stopped working for us to fully focus on her MBA studies at the University of San Diego, USA. Last year, the intense desk research by Parul proved to be an important step in finding new business partners. This year, we will therefore even intensify the desk research.”
