Neelima Khetan has joined the Women on Wings Supervisory Board. Neelima has over three decades of experience of working on developmental/social challenges, from both the non-profit and for-profit side.

Ample experience in sustainability and social impact
Neelima is a senior CSR and social sector expert with over three decades of experience in this space. Currently, she is partner of Nous Consultants, an organization that co-designs and co-executes strategic and long-lasting solutions for social impact. Prior to this, she has been the Group CSR Head for Vedanta Group, Vice President CSR for Hindustan Zinc, Director of CSR and Sustainability for Coca-Cola India and Southwest Asia where she was responsible for leading the corporate CSR initiatives and embedding sustainability within the companies’ operations.
Before joining these companies, she had different roles in the nonprofit sector. She was India Country Director of American India Foundation, Chief Executive of Seva Mandir and Acting Director of the Institute of Rural Management, Anand (IRMA). She graduated from the Shri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi University and then did masters in rural management from IRMA. She is the recipient of the Lakshmipat Singhania-IIM Lucknow National Leadership Award (2006) and the Maharana Mewar Award (2007).

Their mission of co-creating jobs for women in rural India is very close to my heart, and I have always been an admirer of their inspiring work. I strongly believe in their concept of sharing knowledge with social enterprises for economic development of women.
