Project Manager, women entrepreneurship program
Joined the Women on Wings team in July 2024
I am a Management plus Tech grad having experience of 15 years in the field of development sector & micro finance with exposure to implementation of various projects under verticals like women empowerment, Micro entrepreneurship development, Social enterprises, CSR projects, micro finance, digital literacy etc. My strengths are strong interpersonal skills, ability to conceptualize and modify the system & process towards accomplishment of service objectives of the organization.
I look after the MAVIM project from the state of Maharashtra in which Women on Wings is providing inputs on branding, packaging, sales and marketing strategies etc for its Tejaswini umbrella brand that creates jobs and sells the products of women in Self Help Groups. This work will empower rural women to increase their household income and make their products accessible and affordable to the market.
