Joined the Women on Wings team in July 2024
Anoosha is a strong believer in the ability of strategic and grassroot level interventions to trigger large-scale social reform, and has built her career focused on improving women’s social and economic status and deepening their participation in governance.
She has worked in the field for over ten years, designing, operationalizing and implementing poverty eradication projects, primarily focused on upskilling women, in partnership with local stakeholders and governments, and financial institutions. She also has experience on the policy side, crafting charters based on her expertise from the field.
Anoosha holds a Master’s degree from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences, and a B.Tech in Computer Science from Kerala University.
