“I was fortunate enough to be able to choose my studies and career, just like most women in the Netherlands. During my travels to Asia and Africa, I have seen that this is not self-evident for women in those parts of the world. When I heard that Women on Wings was looking for experts in the field of HR for its partners in India that employ women in rural parts, I immediately signed up as an expert. My employer, Achmea, has a partnership with Women on Wings and encourages this. I am extremely excited that by sharing my HR knowledge I will ultimately impact women and their families in rural India.”
