Over a continuous and flexible period, Women on Wings will consult 1:1 with you and your team in customized onsite workshops and online sessions. We leverage our network of Dutch and Indian experts across different business skillsets to unlock your growth potential and improve performance, depending on needs and challenges.
In addition, we host CEO summits for our social enterprise partners to deep dive into a selected topic to be explored with peers.

To be eligible for Women on Wings’ pro bono consultancy and mentoring, your organization should meet the following criteria:
- You have been established for at least two years and currently profitable, or aims to generate revenue within one to two years
- You require support in one or more areas of business management
- You already create employment opportunities for at least 150 women in rural areas in the value chain, either directly or indirectly
- You provide fair compensation to employees, either through salaries or per-piece rates
- You demonstrate commitment to increasing the number of women employed in rural areas
- You produce labor-intensive product, maximizing employment opportunities
