Are you eligible to receive Women on Wings’ consulting?
Your organization should meet the following criteria to be eligible for Women on Wings’ pro bono consultancy and mentoring:
- You have been established for at least two years and currently profitable, or aims to generate revenue within one to two years
- You require support in one or more of the business areas that we provide expertise in (see the ‘Our expertise’ section above)
- You already create employment opportunities for at least 150 women in rural areas in the value chain, either directly or indirectly
- You provide fair compensation to employees, either through salaries or per-piece rates
- You demonstrate commitment to increasing the number of women employed in rural areas
- You produce labor-intensive product, maximizing employment opportunities
